Image to PDF is a utility that converts images into PDF documents quickly and easily.

Image to PDF is a Windows tool that lets you create PDF documents with ease without requiring Adobe Acrobat or needing any special knowledge of the Portable Document Format. As a container, PDF can hold many different types of objects, but Image to PDF focuses on just one: images.

The program supports a nearly exhaustive list of image formats. Of course, BMP, GIF and JPEG are supported, but it also supports dozens of others, including some you’ve probably never heard of. Creating a PDF is as simple as selecting a new document from the menu and then dragging and dropping an image file or pointing the program to an image file through the file explorer.

Conversion is fast and accurate. Simply provide a name for the file and an output path, and Image to PDF will create the new document in a blink. You can also set PDF details before you begin, and these details include title, subject, author, and so forth.

You may be wondering what purpose there is to converting a single image to PDF, but the program also supports image batches, and this is where things get more interesting. Image to PDF can convert a dozen or hundreds of images into a single PDF. A viewer can now peruse these images simply by using a scroll wheel, and if you’re dealing with resource-intensive images, the Portable Document Format actually helps to offset that resource usage and make images load faster and more smoothly.

Image to PDF exists to perform a single purpose, and while it does that well, the purpose may simply be too narrow. There are many PDF converters on the market, and many of them handle images in addition to a wide array of other objects.
